Maryland Integrative Counseling Associates (MICA) is an outpatient counseling practice with Rockville and Frederick, Maryland offices.  

 

MICA’s mission is to provide innovative, evidence-based counseling and psychotherapeutic techniques to meet our clients' and their families' individual mental health needs.  Each of our therapists practice with a unique combination of specialty areas and therapeutic styles.  Additional information on each of our clinicians can be found here.

 

In addition to providing traditional talk-therapy, MICA is proud to be an area leader in Neurofeedback, a fun and effective brain-training therapy that can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in addition to talk-therapy.

 

 

We are currently accepting new in-person and teletherapy (virtual meeting) clients.  Please complete the Referral Form below and an appropriate therapist for your goals will contact you.

Normal MICA operating hours are Monday - Friday,  9AM - 5PM.  In some cases, individual therapists may schedule some sessions outside of our normal operating hours and / or be available on weekends.
